Anihan Room

Our official address is 1010 Mission Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. Please note that we share this location with other community-based organizations.

The Bayanihan Community Center (BCC), operates Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We understand the importance of accommodating various schedules, and therefore, we offer weekend availability and special considerations for after-hour events and activities for an additional fee.

To secure your reservation, please follow these steps:
1. Contact rental@bayanihancc.org to inquire about your desired event date and complete the Bayanihan Community Center Request Form. Anticipate a response within 48-72 hours.
2. Upon approval, you will receive the Rental and Liability Agreement and Rental Fee for your review and signature.
3. To confirm your reservation, a deposit of 50% of the total event cost is required and will count towards the overall payment. Should you cancel within 48 hours of the event, the deposit will be forfeited. Your reservation will be finalized upon deposit receipt. Failure to submit the deposit before the event date will result in non-reservation.
4. Prior to your event, please familiarize yourself with the (1) Post Covid Guidelines, (2) Cleaning Checklist, (3) Equipment Instructions, and (4) Emergency Protocol to ensure community safety.
6. The remaining balance is due on the day of your event.

We recommend booking your event at least 1 month in advance and no more than 6 months ahead.

Yes, you may cancel, reschedule, or postpone your event up to 48 hours before your proposed event date. However, should you cancel within 48 hours of the event, your deposit will be forfeited. Please notify FADF staff via email at rental@bayanihancc.org as soon as possible.

We welcome a variety of events, including celebrations, workshops, conferences, and meetings.
However, to ensure the safety, comfort, and inclusivity of all our guests, the following booking restrictions and regulations apply to all events hosted at the Bayanihan Community Center:
1. Political Agendas: Events promoting specific political parties or agendas are not permitted.
2. Sexual Behavior: Events involving or promoting explicit sexual behavior or content are strictly prohibited.
3. Violence: Events that include or encourage any form of violence will not be tolerated.
4. Hate-Related Topics: Events promoting hate speech, discrimination, or any form of intolerance against any group or individual based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic are strictly forbidden.
